ITALIAN PIZZA

For the dough:
Maida: 2 cups
Salt: 1 tsp
Sugar: ½ tsp
Olive oil: 1 tbsp
Yeast: 2 tsp (dissolve in warm water)

METHOD: Take a large bowl and mix in maida, salt, sugar, olive oil, and yeast with the help of 1/3 cup water and make dough.  Mix the dough for 7 to 8 minutes.  Take another bowl and add 1 tsp oil and put the dough into it and allow it to ferment for 2 hours.  After 2 hours take the dough and press in the centre with the hand and allow the air to come out.

PIZZA TOPPING:
Pizza sauce:
Tomatoes: 5 (boiled and skin removed and cut into small pieces)
Garlic pieces: 1 tsp
Onion pieces: 1tbsp
Black pepper powder: ¼ tsp
Oregano: ½ tsp
Sugar: ¼ tsp
Tomato ketchup or puree: ½ cup

Method: Heat oil and add garlic.  When the garlic becomes brown add onion, tomato, salt, black pepper powder, oregano, sugar and tomato ketchup.  Cook for 5 minutes.  The pizza sauce is ready.

Now take  the dough and spread like a pizza.  Take a pizza pan and add olive and place the pizza into it.  Apply oil over the pizza and spread the pizza sauce.  Grate ½ cup Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced bell peppers, sliced baby corns, sliced mushrooms, black olives, oregano, chilli flakes and a few basil leaves.  Bake the pizza on 200 degrees for 20 min.
