CHICKEN FRANKIES



Ingredients:
Boneless chicken cut into small pieces: 250 gms
Haldi powder: ½ tsp
Chilli powder: ½ tsp
Zeera powder: ½ tsp
Black pepper powder: ¼ tsp
Onion slices: 2 tbsps
Green, red and yellow capsicum cut into small pieces: 1 tbsp each
Tomato ketchup: 2 tbsps
Oil: 1 tbsp

METHOD: Take chicken pieces in a bowl; add haldi powder, chilli powder, zeera powder and black pepper powder and mix.  Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken.  After frying for sometime add onion slices and the capsicum pieces and fry.  Now add 1 tbsp tomato ketchup and mix it evenly. Now take a chapatti and place a lettuce leaf in the centre and above it place the fried chicken pieces.  On the top of it again put tomato ketchup and roll the chapatti.
